Two daily-wage earners killed as wall of old house collapses in Mancherial
Two daily-wage workers were killed when a wall collapsed during demolition work in Brahmanapalli village, Mancherial district. The house was being razed under the Indiramma housing scheme. The victims were identified as locals Eddi Madhunaiah and Segam Thirupathi.

Mancherial: Two daily-wage earners were killed on the spot when a wall collapsed on them while they were demolishing an old house at Brahmanapalli village in Kotapalli mandal on Friday.
Police said the deceased were Eddi Madhunaiah (50) and Segam Thirupathi, both from the village. Madhunaiah and Thirupathi were trapped under the debris when the wall caved in. They were engaged in dismantling the structure at the time of the incident.
The house was being razed to construct a new one sanctioned under the Indiramma scheme for a beneficiary, Panuganti Srinivas. Further details are awaited.
