Two dead in road accident in Khammam

Khammam: A B Tech student and his relative died in a road accident at Pandithapuram in Kamepalli mandal in the district on Tuesday.

The deceased were identified as K Yugandhar (19) of Sarapaka in Kothagudem district and his relative Karri Malathi (25) of Serilingampalli in Ranga Reddy district. They both were travelling on a two wheeler to go to Sarapaka when they hit a stationary tipper truck from behind.


They suffered head injuries and died on the spot, informed Kamepalli Sub-Inspector of Police, Sravanthi who has booked a case in connection with the incident following a complaint by Yugandhar’s father, Ramesh.
