Two die in a road accident in Jagtial
The incident occurred when a sand tractor turned turtle on Gollapalli National Highway on the outskirts of Jabithapur. Two persons from Maharastra, Prashanth and Santhosh died on the spot as they were trapped under the engine of a tractor.
Jagtial: Two persons died and two others injured in a road accident that took place near Jabithapur of Jagtial rural mandal in the wee hours of Friday.
The incident occurred when a sand tractor turned turtle on Gollapalli National Highway on the outskirts of Jabithapur. Two persons from Maharastra, Prashanth and Santhosh died on the spot as they were trapped under the engine of a tractor.
Two others Suraj and Pradeep received minor injuries in the accident.
Police had to use a crane to remove bodies.
Injured persons were shifted to Jagtial government hospital.
Jagtial rural CI Krishna Kumar visited the accident spot and began investigation by registering the case. Bodies were shifted to Jatial hospital for postmortem.
