Kumram Bheem Asifabad: Two girl students from a social welfare residential school went missing at Salugupalli village in Sirpur (T) mandal on Friday night. The incident came to light on Saturday.
Sirpur (T) Sub-Inspector M Ravi Kumar said the students, Ramtenki Swathi and Durgam Mamatha, were Class IX students and residents of Salugupalli village in Bejjur mandal.
Swathi and Mamatha, who attended study hours in the evening, went missing at night. The principal of the institution informed the parents of the girls and local police. A case was registered and search was launched for the missing girls.
