Hyderabad: Two sisters, who were reportedly scolded by their father, have been reported missing from their house in KPR Colony in Manikonda on Monday.

The girls, identified as Shreya Shahi, a BTech student and her younger sister Shaniya Shahi, an intermediate second year student, were reportedly scolded by their father Bimal Shahi a few days ago for spending long hours on Instagram and social media. Allegedly depressed over this, both girls are believed to have left home in the morning without informing anyone. Unable to trace them, the parents approached the Raidurgam police, who have booked a case with two teams making efforts to find the missing girls.
