Two held for prostitution in Mancherial, woman rescued
Thota Mahender, an agent, Bolem Srikanth, a client were arrested and the woman was rescued and sent to the Sakhi one stop centre in Mancherial.
Mancherial: Two persons were arrested by the Task Force on the charges of prostitution here on Saturday. A woman was rescued and sent to the Sakhi one stop centre in Mancherial.
Ramagundam Commissioner of Police M Srinivasulu, in a statement, said Thota Mahender, an agent from Jakkulapalli village in Rebbena mandal of Kumram Bheem Asifabad district and Bolem Srikanth, a client belonging to Seetharampalli village in Naspur mandal were apprehended, from a house in Santoshnagar in Saikunta Colony, following a tip-off.
The two were handed over to Mancherial police for further action.
