Nalgonda: Two IT towers would soon come up near Nalgonda with estimated cost of Rs 110 crores. The IT towers, which would come up at Nalgonda, would provide employment to 2,000 to 3,000 youth in the sector.
Speaking after launching a job mela held in a function hall at Nalgonda here on Saturday, Nalgonda MLA Kancherla Bhupal Reddy reminded that Minister for IT KT Rama Rao already announced an IT hub to Nalgonda. He said that the industries, which have come up in the State due to the initiative of the Minister have provided employment to thousands of youth in the State.
Reddy said that he would soon launch a coaching programme for the unemployed, who were preparing for competitive examinations, with his personal expenses. Several youth approaching him for jobs prompted him to take initiative of conducting the job mela at Nalgonda. On his request, 62 companies participated in the job mela to recruit 1500 unemployed in the jobs. Over 4,000 job aspirants attended the job mela, he added.
