Two killed, three injured in Adilabad bus-lorry collision
Two passengers, including a four-year-old boy and the conductor, were killed when a private bus rammed a lorry at Boath crossroads near Neradigonda mandal on NH-44 in Adilabad. Three others sustained injuries and were shifted to RIMS, Adilabad.

Adilabad: Two passengers were killed on the spot and three others were injured when a private travel bus rammed a lorry at Boath crossroads near Neradigonda mandal centre on NH 44 early on Sunday.
Police said Nishad (4) and Ravi Singh (66), bus old conductor, both hailing from Gorakpur died on the spot when the bus hit the lorry at 5.30 am. Two other passengers, Karisma and Sonu received minor injuries and were shifted to Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Adilabad. Police helped the remaining passengers get out of the bus.
According to police, rash and negligent driving by the bus driver might have led to the accident, and the exact cause would be known after examining the dashboard camera. The driver has since gone absconding.
The bus was carrying around 60 passengers from Hyderabad to Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh. Based on a complaint received from the father of Nishad, a case was registered against the driver of the bus. Investigations are underway.
