Hyderabad: Apparently, for the first time in the country’s history, Andhra Pradesh cops are destroying more than two lakh kilos of dried ganja worth Rs 200 crore on Saturday at 2:00 pm in Koduru village near Anakapalli, Visakhapatnam district.

Over two lakh kilos of ganja was seized in the last two years at various police stations limits in North Andhra districts including Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam, and East Godavari.

This huge quantity of cannabis would be set on fire at an isolated place in the presence of the Director-General of Police, AP, and senior Police officers. For the program, drone cameras, speakers, sound systems, and fancy tents have been made available.
