Two Nepal natives arrested for mobile phone theft in Hyderabad
According to the police, Govind and Rawal, went into the hostels in early hours of the day and took away the mobile phones when the inmates were asleep or busy with morning chores
Hyderabad: The S R Nagar police on Thursday arrested two persons who were allegedly involved in theft of mobile phones in the city. The police recovered 51 mobile phones at their instance.
The arrested are Govind Bhandari (24) and Hikmath Rawal, both natives of Nepal and working at fast food centres in the city.
According to the police, Govind and Rawal, went into the hostels in early hours of the day and took away the mobile phones when the inmates were asleep or busy with morning chores. Both of them were involved in several cases registered in Hyderabad and Cyberabad in the last six months.
The arrested persons are produced before the court and remanded.
