Two Nigerian nationals held with MDMA worth Rs 20 lakh in Hyderabad
Hyderabad police and the Narcotics Enforcement Wing arrested two Nigerian nationals in Tolichowk and seized 150 grams of MDMA worth Rs 20 lakh. The accused had overstayed their visas and were allegedly supplying drugs across multiple cities.

Hyderabad: In a joint operation, the Hyderabad Narcotics Enforcement Wing (H-NEW) and Tolichowk police arrested two Nigerian nationals for allegedly trafficking drugs and seized 150 grams of MDMA worth Rs 20 lakh in Tolichowk on Thursday.
The suspects were identified as Chidi Ezeh (42) and Obasi James Victor (38).
Police said Chidi was found in possession of the contraband along with multiple identity and bank documents. He had overstayed in India after his visa expired and was involved in supplying MDMA and cocaine to peddlers across Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Delhi. He is a repeat offender, with previous NDPS cases registered against him.
Obasi, whose visa had also expired, was allegedly assisting in deliveries.
Police authorities have initiated deportation proceedings against Obasi, and efforts are on to trace other members of the drug network.
