Two persons killed in different road accidents in Hyderabad
At Attapur in Rajendranagar, a businessman Syed Alamdar (48), a resident of M M Pahadi died after his scooter collided with another bike coming in the opposite direction.
Hyderabad: Two persons were killed in different road accidents in the city on Saturday night.
At Attapur in Rajendranagar, a businessman Syed Alamdar (48), a resident of M M Pahadi died after his scooter collided with another bike coming in the opposite direction.
Alamdar was going along with his relative when the unknown biker rammed into him on Saturday evening. Alamdar fell on the road and sustained a head injury.
On being informed, his relatives rushed to the spot and shifted him to Osmania General Hospital for treatment where he died later in the night during treatment, said the Attapur police. The police are trying to trace the biker who allegedly hit Alamdar.
In the other case at Vanasthalipuram, D Venkatesh (48), died after the DCM rammed the scooter which he was riding.
According to the police, Venkatesh was taking a u-turn near Rajdhani Hotel at Autonagar, when a DCM hit the scooter on Saturday around midnight. He was rushed to a local hospital for treatment where he died later in the night, said the police. A case is registered.
