Two property offenders arrested in Hyderabad

Police recovered property worth Rs 18 lakh from the accused and said that they were involved in 18 property offences in various police station limits of Telangana

Hyderabad: The Hayathnagar police on Saturday arrested two burglars who were involved in several property offences in the city.

The police recovered property worth Rs 18 lakh from them. According to the police, Dasari Jampaiah (22) and Angadi Raju (22), along with another associate Aanareddy Ravi (22), from Tukaramgate were relatives.


On June 1, they broke into a house in Peddamberpet when the residents were away. Police nabbed them during investigation into the burglary. Police said they were involved in 18 property offences in various police station limits of Telangana.

The police recovered 300 grams of gold, 3.2 kilograms of silver and a motorcycle from them.
