Siddipet: After incidents of snakes and rodents entering residential hostels, a centipede entered the hostel of the Minor Residential Girls School in Siddipet and bit two girl students.
When the two students complained of pain on Thursday evening, they were rushed to the Government Hospital in Siddipet. However, doctors initially found nothing, but a search conducted a few hours later led to the discovery of a large centipede.
The students’ condition is stable now. They complained that snakes and other insects frequently entered the hostel premises as the institution did not have a boundary wall. They demanded that the government immediately construct a boundary wall around the institution.
