Two Teja Vidyalaya students selected to attend Republic Day celebrations in Delhi
Two Class VII students of Teja Vidyalaya in Kodad have been selected among 200 winners of a national online quiz conducted by the Defence Ministry, earning them an opportunity to witness the Republic Day celebrations in New Delhi
Suryapet: Two students of Teja Vidyalaya, Kodad, have earned a rare opportunity to witness the Republic Day celebrations in New Delhi after figuring in the list of 200 winners of a national online quiz competition conducted by the Defence Ministry.
Tumma Blessi Snehitha Reddy and Ramineni Sahasra, both studying in Class VII at Teja Vidyalaya, qualified after participating in the quiz, which saw participation from 1.23 lakh students across the country.
The quiz was conducted on the Indian space journey, sports, Atmanirbhar Bharat and 150 years of Vande Mataram. Each of the students will receive a cash prize of Rs 5,000. One guardian will be allowed to accompany each student to New Delhi.
Principal Ustela Rama Devi, Director Somi Reddy and the teachers congratulated the students on their achievement.
