Two Telugu NRIs killed, two injured in road accident in Ireland

Both the victims, who went to the United Kingdom for pursuing higher education, are natives of Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh.

Hyderabad: Two Telugu NRIs were killed and two were injured in an accident on Friday in Co Carlow of Ireland. The two victims have been identified as Bhargav Chitturi (23) and Suresh Cherukuri (24).

Both the victims, who went to the United Kingdom for pursuing higher education, are natives of Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh.


According to local news websites of Ireland, the accident occurred when the car in which they were driving, rammed into a tree on the N80 at Graiguenaspiddoge, in Leagh, Rathoe at 1.15 am on Friday.

Details of those injured in the accident are currently unknown.
