Hyderabad: Two youngsters allegedly ended their lives by consuming pesticide in an agricultural land at Malreddypally village in Tandur in Vikarabad district.
According to the police, the victims, Balraj, 22, and the girl aged 16 years, were in a relationship for the last six months. They are believed to have resorted to the extreme step after their family members reportedly refused to get them married since the girl was still a minor.
While the girl died on the spot, Balraj died while undergoing treatment at the Osmania General Hospital (OGH) later.
