UAE, Telangana to collaborate for development of Bharat Future City
At the World Economic Forum in Davos, UAE Minister Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri met Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy to discuss collaboration on infrastructure projects, notably the Bharat Future City.

Hyderabad: Minister of Economy and Tourism for the United Arab Emirates, Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri met Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and discussed potential areas of mutual cooperation in the State’s infrastructure projects, especially the Bharat Future City.
During a meeting with the Telangana delegation at the World Economic Forum, Davos on Tuesday, Touq Al Marri said his government would be happy to join hands with Telangana. He suggested that the two governments establish a joint task force of officials from both sides for speedy implementation of the project, according to a press release.
Later, in another meeting, Google’s APAC president Sanjay Gupta told the Chief Minister that the organisation would be happy to support Telangana in traffic control, cybersecurity, agriculture, start-ups and climate change.
Mohammed Ashif, president & CEO of Saudi-based industrial conglomerate Expertise, expressed strong interest in partnering with Young India Skills University, the press release added.
