UBIT cryptocurrency scam: Two teachers suspended in Nirmal

Nirmal: Two government teachers were suspended for their alleged role in the UBIT cryptocurrency trading scam unearthed in Nirmal district. An order to this effect was issued by District Educational Officer S Ravinder Reddy here on Thursday.
As per the order, Dasari Ramesh, Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT) from a primary school at Kannapur in Khanapur mandal and Keeram Venkatesh Goud, another SGT working with Daujinaik Thanda in Kubeer mandal were placed under suspension for their alleged involvement in the scam. The two were already arrested.
