Hyderabad: The UBS Athletics Kids Cup, a first-of-its-kind triathlon-style athletics competition for children aged 7 to 15 years, is inspiring schools to embrace fitness, talent development, and sportsmanship.
Designed around three core events – 60-metre sprint, long jump, and ball throw – the initiative develops speed, strength, and coordination, the foundation of all sports.
The UBS Athletics Kids Cup offers a free platform for schools to encourage an active lifestyle, build confidence, and instill values such as discipline, integrity, and mutual respect. The competition is conducted in three stages – School-Level Qualifiers, Regional Championships, and the Grand City Final – ensuring every child gets the opportunity to participate and excel.
