Unemployed youth stage protest at TGPSC, seek rescheduling of AEE exam

A large number of unemployed youth staged a protest at the Telangana Public Service Commission office in Hyderabad, demanding the postponement of the R&B Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) recruitment examination.

Hyderabad: Demanding postponement of the R&B Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) recruitment examination as it clashes with the SSC junior engineer recruitment test, a large number of unemployed youth staged a protest at the Telangana Public Service Commission (TGPSC) here on Saturday.

Protesters who squatted in front of the TGPSC office said both exams were scheduled for November 6 and several candidates with a civil engineering background prepare and appear for both tests.

Protesters said they had been visiting the TGPSC office for the past 10 days, requesting a change of the examination date, as they fear missing one examination. However, the Commission did not provide a positive response, they said. The unemployed youth called on the TGPSC to respond immediately and postpone the AEE recruitment examination.
