Hyderabad: An unidentified man aged around 40 years was murdered at Gandhinagar in the city on Friday.

The assailants killed him by slitting his throat and throwing a stone on his head. Local residents found the body lying in a pool of blood near Kalpana Theatre and alerted the Gandhinagar police, who shifted the body to the mortuary. Police suspect that the man might have been a footpath dweller and was murdered last night.
