Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh government on Monday issued orders for making curfew hours uniform in all the 13 districts in the State.
Accordingly, curfew will be relaxed from 6 am to 9 pm and all shops will close by 9 pm. Curfew will be enforced from 10 pm to 6 am.
Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy who attended the Covid review meeting on the day, called for strictly implementing the Covid control measures. These include imposing a Rs 100 fine for not wearing a mask. Even shopkeepers and personnel in the shops should wear masks and any violation will attract even closure of shops for two or three days besides imposing fine.
