Hyderabad: University of Hyderabad (UoH) and AAIC Technologies Pvt Ltd, popularly known as Applied AI Course, signed a Memorandum of Understanding to jointly offer online PG diploma course in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (PGDAI&ML) through the Centre for Distance and Virtual Learning (CDVL).
The basic objective of the course is to offer skill-based tailor-made courses which can enhance the industry-ready abilities amongst graduates as well as working professionals in the form of PG diploma, certificate programmes. The MoU was exchanged by UoH Vice-Chancellor Prof Appa Rao Podile and AAIC Technologies co-founder Singam Srinivas Reddy.
The duration of the course is one year, spread over two semesters and eligibility is any graduate with Mathematics at Class XII or equivalent. The teaching model of the course is online, in the form of video lectures/webinars/doubt clearing interactive sessions with the resource person/instructor on campus and/or online.
The first announcement of admission will be done in November 2020 and information will be available on the university website uohyd.ac.in. Prof C Raghavendra Rao and Prof Rajeev Wankar from the School of Computer and Information Sciences, UoH and Srinivas Reddy will be coordinators for the course.
