Hyderabad: A man died by suicide in his house at Kavadiguda in Gandhinagar here, on Thursday. He was allegedly depressed over not finding a suitable match to get married.
The man, B Gopal (41), a private employee was not married and his efforts to find a suitable alliance were unsuccessful so far. On top of this, his younger brother got married recently. As he was alone, he is suspected to have slipped into depression. According to the police, Gopal hanged himself to death from the ceiling fan in the house. He also left a suicide note saying nobody was responsible for his death and that he was depressed over his life.
“In the note, he had also mentioned that Lord Hanuman had called him and so he was leaving the world,” police said.
The Gandhinagar police are investigating.
