Hyderabad: Ascent group, a healthcare BPO services provider, headquartered in the US, has opened its office at NSL Arena SEZ, Uppal, Hyderabad. It is a 10,000 square feet facility with 300 employees working from this location and the company is aiming for further growth.

This is the third location for the Ascent Group in India after Nagpur and Kolkata. Tom Alen, HR Director, is upbeat about further expanding this facility as he finds no challenges in hiring more people because of quality manpower along with ease of connectivity.

“NSL Arena has already leased approximately two lakh square feet in the second tower, which has an immediate availability of six lakh square feet. The first tower of seven lakh square feet is fully-operational. Currently, a strong demand is seen in East Hyderabad especially Uppal for office spaces. Other companies which have leased office spaces are R1, Sykes, IKS and ERP analysts,” said NSL Infratech spokesperson.

NSL Arena Town Center is an integrated project in 36 acres encompassing 1.6 million sq ft of IT SEZ (scalable to five million sq ft), residential apartments and hotels.
