US-based Ivanti to triple head count in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: US-based Ivanti, an automation platform that discovers, manages, secures, and services IT assets from cloud to edge, will hire aggressively in India, including tripling its head count in Hyderabad over the next 18-24 months from 200 now to over 600 employees.
The company which has 500 employees in India today, aims to increase its head count to 2,000 in two years, a large part of which will be for Hyderabad operations.
At this time last year, the company had less than 100 employees in India and has acquired four companies that were synergistic to the overall product and solutions offerings.
The company has acquired MobileIron, a provider of mobile-centric unified endpoint management solutions; Pulse Secure, a provider of secure access and mobile security solutions; Cherwell Software, an enterprise service management solutions company, and RiskSense, a pioneer in risk-based vulnerability management systems.
Nayaki Nayyar, president, Service Management Solutions Group and chief product officer, Ivanti, said, “Our recent acquisitions have been in sync with our inorganic growth plans. We are at the inflection point in the company’s business cycle, when we realised that to better serve our customers it is essential to have a larger bouquet of products and solutions, so that we are in the consideration set of large enterprises.”
She added, “Simultaneously, by integrating all the newly acquired companies’ employees, we are creating One Ivanti identity. All employees are collaborating to create a cohesive work environment.”
