Hyderabad: Veeranari Chakali Ilamma Women’s University launched a 25 KW solar power system installation on its campus here on Saturday.
The initiative is expected to significantly reduce electricity bills while promoting environmental sustainability. Students were sensitised about solar energy, its operations, and its broader impact on creating a sustainable future, said United Way, an implementing agency.
Meanwhile, certificates were distributed to 55 women students of the university who completed an intensive three-month course in data science.
The curriculum included modules on python programming, data analytics, and machine learning, equipping participants with in-demand technical skills for the modern workforce.
