Vehicular traffic comes to standstill near Jagtial
The incident took place when a rice-laden lorry traveling from Karimnagar to Jagtial collided with a car moving in the same direction from behind. The same lorry then struck an ambulance coming from the opposite direction.
Jagtial: Vehicular traffic on Karimnagar-Jagtial main road came to standstill for one hour following a road accident that took place near Rajaram in the outskirts of Jagtial town on Wednesday.
The incident occurred when a rice laden lorry moving from Karimnagar to Jagtial rammed into a car moving in the same direction from the rear side. Later, the same lorry hit an ambulance coming from the opposite direction.
As a result, vehicular traffic came to a standstill for about one hour. A patient, who was traveling in an ill-fated ambulance, was shifted to hospital in another ambulance.
