Veteran Karimnagar doctor Dr Bhoom Reddy passes away at 91

Dr Reddy, a highly respected veteran doctor from the district, passed away due to age-related ailments. He was under treatment at a local hospital. Several leaders and medical professionals paid tribute. The funeral is scheduled for Tuesday

Karimnagar: Veteran doctor and respected figure in the medical fraternity, Dr Bhoom Reddy (91), passed away on Monday evening due to age-related health issues.

He breathed his last while undergoing treatment at Chalmeda Ananda Rao Institute of Medical Sciences.

Several prominent personalities and members of the medical community expressed their condolences over his demise.

Union Minister of State for Home Bandi Sanjay Kumar, Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar, senior BRS leader B Vinod Kumar, IMA district president Dr Aamalla Naresh, secretary Dr Siripuram Naveen Kumar, and others paid their respects and conveyed their sympathies.

The funeral will be held at the Sapthagiri Colony burial ground in Karimnagar on Tuesday morning.
