Hyderabad: The Venkateshwara Hatcheries (VH) Group hosted senior officials from Tyson Foods and its subsidiary and joint venture partner, Cobb-Vantress LLC, USA, in mid-February 2026 for high-level discussions aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation in the poultry sector.

John R Tyson, member of the Board of Directors of Tyson Foods, along with William Sawyer, Vice President (Global Business Operations and Strategy), and Roy Mutimer, Vice President (EMEA and Asia-Pacific) of Cobb-Vantress, visited India and held strategic meetings with the VH Group in Pune.


The discussions focused on industry trends, market dynamics, innovation exchange and sustainable growth in the poultry sector.

The visit underscores the long-standing joint venture between the VH Group and Cobb-Vantress and reflects continued global interest in India’s rapidly expanding poultry industry, according to a company press release issued here on Tuesday.
