Vidarbha take first-innings lead as match ends in draw

The Col C K Nayudu Trophy league match between Vidarbha and Hyderabad ended in a draw in Hyderabad. Vidarbha took the first-innings lead, while Wafi Kachhi’s 98 and Ruthik Yadav’s 68 helped Hyderabad finish strongly in their second innings

Hyderabad: The four-day Col C K Nayudu Trophy cricket championship league match between Vidarbha and Hyderabad ended in a draw here on Monday.

Vidarbha grabbed the vital first-innings lead.


The scores: Vidarbha 420 in 95 overs and 277/5 decl in 62.3 overs drew with Hyderabad 265 in 86.4 overs (Gaurav F 3/61, Himanshu K 4/69) and 305/5 in 100.2 overs (Wafi Kachhi 98, M Ruthik Yadav 68, Mayank Gupta 37, A Avanish Rao 43, Vignesh Reddy 32 not out).
