Hyderabad: Saurashtra grabbed the vital first-innings lead against Hyderabad in the Vijay Merchant Trophy (Under-16) cricket championship second-round match at Mulapadu (Vijayawada) on Saturday.
Hyderabad was bowled out for 142 in reply to Saurashtra’s 245 in the first innings. In the second essay, Saurashtra scored 195 for six at close of play.
