Visakhapatnam: Three top medical professors from the city- Venugopal, TAV Narayana Raju, and R Varaprasad died of COVID-19 during the last few days leaving the medical fraternity in grief. Venugopal was a former Head of Paediatrics in the King George Hospital while Narayana Raju, a social and preventive medicine expert, was earlier Principal of Maharaja Institute of Medical Science in Vizianagaram. Varaprasad, a noted anaesthetist, in north Andhra, hailed from Srikakulam.
