Visakhapatnam A woman died and a youth suffered injuries when their house collapsed due to a gas cylinder blast on Thursday morning.
The incident occurred in Sriharipuram near Malkapuram where the inmates – A Narayanamma, 50, and B. Naveen, 22, were injured as the building came down due to the blast.
They were rushed to the King George Hospital where Narayanamma succumbed to injuries in the burns ward. The condition of the youth is said to be stable.
Police are investigating.
