Visit Goa, Tirupati, Vaishno Devi & more destinations with these IRCTC tour packages

Hyderabad: Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has announced tour packages to different pilgrim and tourist destinations to promote domestic tourism, originating from different cities of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

The package ‘Govindam’ from Hyderabad covers Tirumala, Tiruchanur, and Tirupati, daily, with fare starting at Rs 3,690 per person. It includes Tirumala Balaji Sheegra Darshan tickets for all Tirupati-bound packages, confirmed train tickets, hotel accommodation in AC rooms, all transfers in AC buses, and sightseeing with travel insurance. Only breakfast is covered in food.

IRCTC through its Twitter handle said, “Undertake a blissful temple tour with #IRCTCTourism’s 3D/2N ‘Govindam’ package. Tariff includes train journey, accommodation, road transfers, sightseeing, breakfast, tour guide, travel insurance & more.”

In addition, the Bharat Darshan train package includes Gracious Goa through Hampi from February 12 to 18 with boarding and deboarding at Anakapalle, Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry, Eluru, Vijayawada, Khammam, Warangal, and Secunderabad. The standard sleeper class fare is Rs 6,220 and the comfort 3AC category is Rs 8,090.

The package ‘Saptagiri’ from Karimnagar covers Kanipakam, Srikalahasti, Tirumala, Tiruchanur every Thursday, at Rs 4,970 per person.

Fare includes morning tea/coffee, vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and one litre of drinking water per day, non-AC road transfers, and sightseeing.

Uttar Bharat Darshan with Mata Vaishno Devi tour will be conducted from March 19 to 27 covering Agra, Amritsar, Haridwar, Mathura, and Vaishno Devi. Boarding and deboarding stations are at Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Tuni, Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram and Srikakulam.
