Vizag to host National Para Kabaddi Championship from Jan 23

Hyderabad: The third National Para Kabaddi Championship will be organised by Padma Shri and Khel Ratna awardee Dr Deepa Malik’s NGO Wheeling Happiness Foundation and Andhra MetTech Zone, Visakhapatnam, under the aegis of the Indian Para Kabaddi Association (IPKA) from January 23 to 26.

The championship will feature 20 State teams with about 400 athletes and officials from across the country.

The tournament is exclusively for men with orthopaedic limb disabilities, showcasing high-performance para kabaddi and the growing competitive depth of the sport under the leadership of the Indian Para Kabaddi Association.
