Hyderabad: The Telangana Gurukul Common Entrance Test (VTGCET-2021) results for admission into Class 5 in Social, Tribal and BC Welfare and General Residential Educational Institutions Societies for the academic year 2021-22 were released by the Minister for Scheduled Caste Development, Koppula Eshwar here on Monday.
The Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TSWREIS) in a press release said the GO Ms No.5 has been implemented in allocating 50 per cent of the total seats to local candidates in local constituencies.
A total of 74,075 candidates appeared for the entrance exam conducted on July 18 while the total available seats in Social, Tribal, BC and General Welfare Residential Societies combined together were 48,320.
