Hyderabad: The walk-in recruitment interviews for 199 vacant posts of various cadre at Telangana Institute for Medical Sciences (TIMS) evoked a good response from aspiring candidates.
On Sunday, over 3000 candidates turned-up to attend the interviews for 30 posts of nurses. As a result of so many walk-ins, the campus of TIMS Gachibowli was packed.
The hospital management struggled for several hours to bring the crowd under control and make them follow Covid appropriate behaviour.
The hospital already has 450 critical Covid patients, who are receiving ICU care at the standalone Covid hospital.
