Warangal Urban: Director-General of Police M Mahender Reddy said that the police department had set up a petrol service station in Hanamkonda with a view to making quality fuel available to the people.
Speaking after inaugurating, the newly set up Kakatiya Filling Station at Hanmakonda’s Ambedkar Centre by the Warangal Police Commissionerate through virtual mode on Monday, the DGP said, “As part of friendly policing, petrol banks have been set up at five locations in the State in collaboration with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL).”
On this occasion, Commissioner of Police, Warangal, Dr Tarun Joshi operated the pump and services a customer’s vehicle. Additional DGP (Law and Order) Jithender, Additional DGP (Welfare) Umesh Sharraf, Additional DGP (TSPS) Abhilasha Bisht, BPCL Southern Division in-charge Indrajith Singh along with East and Central Zone DCPs Venkatalakshmi, K Pushpa, Additional DCPs B Janardhan, Bheem Rao, ACPs, Inspectors, RIs, and others were present on the occasion.
