Warangal Urban: In a tragic incident, a toddy tapper succumbed to injuries after he fell from a palm tree at Kothapeta village under GWMC third division on Sunday evening.
The deceased was identified as Naini Poornachander (48) of the same village. He died on the spot, and the body was shifted to MGM Hospital for postmortem. The deceased is survived by wife, a son and two daughters.
Local police registered a case and took up investigation. Meanwhile, the relatives urged the government to provide financial help to the kin of the deceased as he was the sole breadwinner of the family.
