Warangal West MLA distributes CMRF cheques, saplings

Vinay Bhaskar along with Santosh Kumar, Ministers Satyavathi Rathod, Errabelli Dayakar Rao and MP Maloth Kavitha handed over the CMRF cheques worth Rs 45 lakh to as many as 62 beneficiaries from his constituency at his camp office in Hanamkonda on Thursday.

Warangal Urban: Government Chief Whip and Warangal West MLA Dasyam Vinay Bhaskar lauded MP Joginapally Santosh Kumar for his ‘green challenge’ initiative, which is aimed at protecting the environment.

Vinay Bhaskar along with Santosh Kumar, Ministers Satyavathi Rathod, Errabelli Dayakar Rao and MP Maloth Kavitha handed over the CMRF cheques worth Rs 45 lakh to as many as 62 beneficiaries from his constituency at his camp office in Hanamkonda on Thursday at a programme ‘Chekku-Chettu’ (cheque and sapling).

The beneficiaries were also handed over a sapling (chettu) each. Vinay Bhaskar said the TRS government led by Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao was committed to the welfare of the poor and was always ready to provide all assistance to poor patients. “In an attempt to create awareness among the public on the need for protecting the environment, I have conceived the ‘Chekku-Chettu’ programme,” Vinay Bhaskar said and urged the beneficiaries, who received the saplings, to plant them and protect them to save the environment.
