Hyderabad: A fire broke out at roadside hotel in Kaithlapur in Kukatpally on Wednesday evening. No casualties were reported in the incident.

According to the fire officials, the incident occurred after the gas from the LPG cylinder leaked due to loose connection while tea was being prepared and led to a small explosion.

The entire hotel was gutted down as fire spread rapidly due to the presence of combustible material.

A fire tender from Kukatpally fire station rushed to the spot and doused the fire.
