Hyderabad: A case was registered against a man for allegedly abusing traffic policemen at Jubilee Hills when he was stopped for driving on wrong side of the road.

The accused M Srinivas, a private employee from Gajularamaram was going on a bike on the wrong way when the traffic policemen stopped him.

Upon checking the pending challans on the vehicle, the cops found Srinivas had eight cases pending on the vehicle for various traffic rules violations committed by the drivers.

An argument ensued between the traffic police team headed by sub inspector Gopi, and Srinivas. In a fit of rage, the man started abusing the traffic policemen and later threw stones on them. The man then ran away leaving behind his vehicle.

The incident was captured on mobile phone cameras. The traffic police made a complaint at Jubilee Hills (law and order) police station where a case is registered against Srinivas. He was absconding.
