Watch: Railing at Hyderabad’s Charlapalli Railway Terminal entrance collapses

Incident occurred reportedly due to strong winds and heavy rain; no casualties reported

Hyderabad: The newly constructed Charlapalli Railway Terminal’s railing at the roof of the entrance detached and fell reportedly due to strong winds and heavy rain late on Saturday evening.

No casualties were reported as there was nobody at the spot when the incident occurred. A major tragedy was averted.

As per available information, due to the strong winds, the roofing sheets fell down at the main entrance gate built on the southern side.

The Charlapalli police said they received no information on the incident.
