Looks like the lockdown has given people some time to brush their culinary skills! And India’s Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar seems to be no exception. The former cricketer took to social media to flaunt his cooking skills in a never-seen-before avatar.
Sharing his ‘tryst with the pan’ on the Instagram reels, Sachin asks his fans to guess what’s cooking. “Say Hi to your chef for today! Guess what’s cooking?” he captioned his post. In the video, the energetic chef Sachin gives vent to not only his culinary skills but also his witty side and says what he is cooking is a surprise as he himself doesn’t know what he is cooking.
Sachin, in full enthusiasm, flips the Omelette and jokingly says, “See this is what I have mastered”.
“Now the batsman is set so the bowlers have to save their lives so they are going to get bashed around. I’ve mastered this art, figured out what to do. It takes a bit of time but we are there,” Tendulkar said in the video.
While making breakfast, Sachin Tendulkar also pulls off Salt Bae’s signature style of sprinkling salt. The Turkish Chef Nusret Gökçe, famously known as ‘Salt Bae’, became an internet phenomenon after he posted an Instagram video of himself slicing a steak and then fancifully sprinkling salt onto it. Since then, he’s been dubbed as ‘Salt Bae’.

In another Instagram post, the ace cricketer, who has been vacationing with friends and playing golf in recent times, also shared a video wishing Sunil Gavaskar on his 72nd birthday while sharing a memory with the legendary cricketer.
