Watchman killed by colleague over petty issue in Sangareddy
A watchman was allegedly murdered by his colleague following a petty argument at a private apartment in Sangareddy. The incident occurred on Monday night and came to light on Tuesday. Police have registered a case and launched an investigation.
Sangareddy: A watchman was murdered by his colleague over a petty issue at a private apartment under the Kollur police station limits on Monday night, though the incident came to light only on Tuesday.
The victim was identified as Shyam Panchal (28), and his body was found in the watchmen’s accommodation.
According to the police, Panchal had washed his hands on the plate of the accused, Atul Sahani, after dinner, which led to an argument. Sahani allegedly attacked Panchal on the head, resulting in his instant death.
The police registered a case and said an investigation was under way.
