We can change the world if we take anything as a challenge, said Dr Tejaswini Manogna who participated in the Women’s Day celebrations organised by the Hyderabad City Police
Hyderabad: Miss Earth India Dr Tejaswini Manogna participated in the Women’s Day celebrations organised by the Hyderabad City Police on Friday.
Speaking on the occasion, she said, “We can change the world if we take anything as a challenge”. Manogna, who is also a recipient several awards including the All India Best Cadet award, said a woman plays different roles during her lifetime.
“My journey started as a Bharatanatyam artiste on stage and I am currently continuing as an MBBS doctor,” she said.
Hyderabad Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar said Manogna is a versatile intellectual who had received awards from the President and Prime Minister. Her achievement is due to sheer hard work, he said.
Vasundhara Sinha, Chief Income Tax Officer, women police officers and other senior officers were present.
