Hyderabad: With an aim to create awareness about entrepreneurship and to train aspiring entrepreneurs with different facets of launching a startup, Telangana government-backed and India’s only incubator for women entrepreneur WE Hub is launching a video series.
Being done in partnership with TSAT, the video series titled LauncHER will focus on entrepreneurial awareness and training for aspiring/existing women entrepreneurs across Telangana.
The 20-part series will equip aspiring entrepreneurs with different resources to scale from idea to enterprise. The first episode of this series is set to be telecasted on TSAT network on June 9.
“We have interacted with about 4,500 aspiring women entrepreneurs in Telangana since WE Hub got incepted in 2018 and since then we have heard many of these women asking us questions about entrepreneurship and how to start and what to do after that. In order to facilitate these queries and give gainful insights into the understanding of what makes one an entrepreneur, we have launched this video series,” said Deepthi Ravula, CEO, WE Hub.
The video series being imparted by the team of experts at WE Hub will cover what makes one an entrepreneur, how to start a business with an idea, how to get the idea to the market, what kind of funding supports are available, how to establish, register and scale the business will be covered.
Other than this, WE Hub is also planning on launching a weekly interaction-based TV programme for aspiring women entrepreneurs, wherein they can get their questions answered from experts from different fields. “We hope that through this initiative we are able to inspire more women from the hinterlands of Telangana to look at entrepreneurship as a source of enhancing their economic and social well-being,” said Deepthi.
