Withdraw cases against Kaushik Reddy, says Kamalakar

Faults the police for the way in which they forcibly took the MLA out of the meeting hall

KARIMNAGAR: BRS MLA Gangula Kamalakar on Monday demanded that the State government withdraw the cases registered against Huzurabad MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy.

Finding fault with the police for the way in which they forciby took Kaushik Reddy out of the meeting hall, he said Ministers N Uttam Kumar Reddy, D Sridhar Babu and Ponnam Prabhakar, who were present at the spot, should have stopped the police from behaving in such a shocking manner. He also wondered why cases were booked against the MLA in connection with just a commotion at the meeting.
